How to enjoy ONSEN, Hot Spa, in Japan ?:

First of all, you have to learn at least common etiquette or manner before you enjoy the Onsen in Japan. Cleaning or washing your body in advance or No dipping your personal Towel into bath tub, or keeping pail or small chair neat for next users., etc. You need not to dip fully your body for 10 minutes unreasonably, but just dip body half up to heart level or waist level for 5-10 minutes or so with spreading your feet until you feel your head starting to sweat, and then cooling down, and then if you feel cold, again repeat to dip for 30 minutes or so in total slowly. You can also enjoy Outdoor Rotenburo while enjoying the nice beautiful landscape, most of cases, nice mountain view, or night landscape even in the evening. In case of winter season, you may also enjoy snow-covered mountain top far away. Your tight eye muscle is released and your Blood is actively circulating very well from head down to feet with sweat detoxing the internal waste or mental stress outside your body. Temporarily your Blood pressure is going up, but shortly after enjoying the Onsen, your blood pressure is likely to be gradually down ,with no doubt, and at the same time, you feel very tired, Japanese calls as YUZUKARE, feeling very tired while taking bath, and that is the reason why you have to take a rest in cooling down outside bath tab in sitting or lying down or with watching landscape. If you are enjoying Onsen everyday, its natural mineral essence is absorbed inside skin, body and makes your skin very smooth and young, very effective even for anti-aging. It would be very important to enjoy slowly with each 5-10 minutes dipping your body half and repeat this cycle 3 times or so while checking your blood circulation and how much sweaty, and drink Water before and after Onsen to adjust your own Body Water content. Cooling down is also another important factor to enjoy Onsen. You can realize something different from Shower while enjoying Onsen in Japan once you experienced. After finishing, your Head is almost nothing left with no mental stress.
